Well, events have been completely insane over the past couple of weeks. between trying to find work including commissions house sitting and taking care of four animals, three of which belong to someone else. I've gotten nothing done on my main writing project.

Also, I've been informed one of my pics has been posted (and probably stolen) on another website. I'm still sketchy on the details aside from screenshots that someone has posted (they haven't outright said the pic was theirs or they took the pic) and has deleted its post so I really don't know what's happening or has happened with that. Yeah, who'da thunk, right? Some people would say I should be flattered that someone liked the pic that much, however 'flattered' is the wrong word to describe my perspective. I'm pissed. I'm pissed that the person is so much of a coward that they couldn't even say  'hey, I posted your pic at this site.' I'm infuriated that they hide when someone else called the truth out on them. I'm aggravated with their actions and decision to do this. I'm uncertain if I'm angry with the person or not (bane and blessing of anonymity, I guess)

My dad has gotten his CDL (I knew he couldn't fully retire) so he's been going through courses and training and all that good stuff. I'm looking for work. I would really not any fast food joints but I'll gladly take paperwork and filing.

Writing update: I'm on hiatus while I re-organize the outline for a surprise twist and character that have popped up. Also if anyone has any recommended reading with a good female antagonist please tell me. I have no idea how to write female villains.

Anyways, have a good week. keep safe and mostly sane.

I do a little bit of anything that interests me.
I love National Geographic, especially articles on culture, religions, and animals.
Haiku are my main art medium, followed closely by Photoshop. I dabble in other poetic forms and novella writing
I love when people critique/comment, even if they don't like it.

I despise chtspk, and misspellings. Typos are the exception.
I think manga is becoming cliche.
I consider most free meter/verse to be a lazy excuse of 'poetry'.
I do not care for people who are willingly ignorant.
People who randomly favorite things without commenting drive me batty.

I am often called 'Ice Queen' since I get goosebumps at 65F.
I do not hold good conversations very long.

Current Residence: Central Texas area
Favourite genre of music: rock, Big band, some R/B, world, just about anything
Favourite style of art: surrealism digital/photography, haiku (traditional),
Operating System: Windows Vista or 7
MP3 player of choice: whatever works
Favourite cartoon character: Kiba from Wolf's Rain
Personal Quote: sometimes forgiveness and permission are the same request.

Thanks for reading "The Measure of Justice."

Hopefully the piece, despite its brevity, was insightful for you. Please leave some feedback if you have time!

Thanks again.
