Been a while since I last updated things here. Well for anyone who still looks through my stuff. I've been busy with all sorts of life. Between getting hitched and getting the house in order to having a kid. Healthy,                              Lovely  angry, baby girl, born in Aug. after 24hrs of labor.  I was told I was quite amusing and violent to everyone in the room, depending on what I was saying or doing at the time and what drugs I was on.

Also rediscovered my fondness for calligraphy. I find it relaxing and enjoyably, quite zen so I will be posting more work of that nature for now along with any requests (within reason).

Well, I can say that I have willingly agreed to the craziest thing in my life and I expect it to become more ludicrous in the future. Ladies and gents, I am officially engaged! Insane, right? But on the plus side my fiancé (it feels weird calling him that) is wonderful, insightful, weird, random and never fails to make me smile. I'm still trying to get used to the fact I am indeed engaged. There are days when it seems surreal and I'm all smiles and giggle fits, other days I want to run away screaming 'Nooooo, I'm not ready for this!' Some days I am just oblivious to the fact.

So far me and my fiancé are trying to be smart with all this (good luck with that, right?)  we're going to get some counseling before we take any more progressive steps. I'm excited and nerve wracked so if there is any more insanity I don't think I can handle it right now.

Anyways, I hope you guys are doing wonderfully crazy.

What can I say except that life gets busy and tedious? I have had no time for anything, no writing, barely any reading Though I managed to finish A Song of Ice and Fire series by the grace of the Divine. I my hobbies and life have been reduced to cleaning, cooking and some occasional beating metal with hammers. It's really good stress relief (no, seriously it is).

I'm doing pretty well otherwise, I've made a recent discovery that I am a sugar addict. The discovery hit me when I went out at 2am for ice cream when I had other 'treats' in my fridge; a quick recall of all my meals and every single meal had a 'dessert' with it. Hence, I will be on a sweet purge until Easter. I'm considering if I should include any 'healthy' sweets like fruit, sweet potatoes, corn, carrots etc., also. What makes it worse is that I just went grocery shopping so I'm stuck with those taunting, tantalizing tasty tidbits for the next month (and then some) mocking me from the fridge and cabinets. I tell ya, there are times I really think I must've missed the day they handed out brains. This is going to be a fun 40 days.

I seriously need new/more books. I'm not kidding. I've resorted to reading fan-fictions' for any new material. Don't judge me. I'm desperate. I have also been glancing through recipes and finding some pretty good ones (I've got a hoard of them so far) that I'll be trying after Easter.

Anyways, how's life going on your end? tell me there is something interesting occurring. I'm BORED!

Just been down lately. Struggling to get a job, write resumes, interviews it's just a hassle that's been getting me nowhere. I feel like the process is so frustrating even though there is logic to it. On the upside, I have been on a culinary spree. I made some wonderful curried chicken and finally got hold of a batch of amazing brownies.

I hate being unemployed. I have opened up commissions for flash fics, poems and calligraphy to see if I can avoid getting into unemployment benefits.

What powers that be by earthly, divine, or dark origins give my computer back already! I wanna write.

Yes, my computer with all my recent documents, work, stories etc. and its bag have gone missing. If you know any prayers, invocations of saints, deities, voodoo or any otherworldly assistance send them my way please.

As for the rest of things I'm doing well. I had an interview that almost went well (no job). So I'm back to budgeting while broke. but I'm still doing volunteer work and cleaning. Getting ready for world gratitude day on the 21st. Yes, I plan on celebrating it. I am weird like that.

The computer has been found! it was in a drawer (I did not put it there, I never put laptops in drawers, seriously who does that anyway?)
